Kuala Lumpur Tin Market Weekly Review 17 –19 February (22Feb10)
The KLTM was closed on Monday and Tuesday for the Chinese New Year holidays.  Trading resumed on Wednesday with the tin price opening strongly at US$16,700 per tonne, up US$670 per tonne from the previous Friday’s close.

Kuala Lumpur Tin Market Weekly Review 02 –05 February (8Feb10)
The KLTM was closed on Monday in conjunction with the Federal Territory Day holiday.  The market opened on Tuesday with a tin price of US$16,350 per tonne, US$450 per tonne down from the previous Friday’s price.

Tin prices at the KLTM opened at US$17,850 per tonne on Monday, remained flat on Tuesday before rising to the week’s peak of US$17,990 per tonne on Wednesday.

Trading at the Kuala Lumpur Tin Market 18 –22 January (25Jan10)
After the strong performances in the past two weeks, tin prices at the KLTM finally eased off.  Opening at US$18,150 per tonne on Monday marginally lower than the Friday close, tin prices slid throughout the week to end at US$17,870 per tonne on Friday.
