The KLTM was closed
last Monday in conjunction with the New Year’s Day.
The tin price
remained unchanged over the weekend to settle at US$20,950 per tonne on Tuesday. The tin price rose by US$30, US$90 and US$150
on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to settle at US$20,980, US$21,040 and US$21,100
per tonne respectively.
The
total volume of tin traded during the week stood at 199 tonnes, 62 tonnes higher
compared to the previous week volume of 137 tonnes.
