Kuala Lumpur Tin Market Weekly Review 22 –26 March (29Mac10)
The KLTM tin prices remained strong and stayed well above the US$17,000 per tonne level throughout the week.  Tin was traded at US$17,580 per tonne on Monday, unchanged from last Friday’s close.  It went up to US$17,600 per tonne on Tuesday before dropping to US$17,500 per tonne on Wednesday and US$17,490 on Thursday.

 

 t then recovered slightly to end the week at US$ 17,540 per tonne on Friday.


 The turnover for the week was 297 tonnes compared to 302 tonnes traded the previous week.
