The Kuala Lumpur Tin Market Weekly Review 12 – 16 July (19Jul10)
The recovery in the daily tin price at the KLTM experienced the previous week continued over the weekend with Monday’s KLTM tin price settled at US$17,700 per tonne, up US$40 per tonne.

 

However, the tin price dropped US$200 per tonne on Tuesday on selling activities but quickly recovered to US$17,800 per tonne on Wednesday.  Thereafter the tin price remained steady for the rest of the week settling at US$17,850 per tonne on Thursday and Friday.


The weekly turnover was 445 tonnes an increase of another 5 tonnes compared to the previous week.
